Thai massage is an ancient yet continually developing therapy with many different techniques.   It is normally performed on a mat on the floor, however many techniques can be applied to those using a massage table.

Day Courses

Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage has become an integral part of traditional Thai massage and has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology and Chinese massage incorporated into the massage itself. Thai Foot Massage involves hands on stretching and massage, along with the stimulation of the reflex points with some use of a Thai foot massager stick.  It is very easy to learn this 30 minute massage and relaxing to receive.

Thai Back Massage

In this one day back massage course, you will learn to give a back massage in (including the back side of the legs, hips and shoulders). In Thai massage the back massage is part of a complete body massage. It also makes a very beautiful and relaxing massage just by itself.

Thai Head Massage

In this massage course you will learn a very gentle routine; including head, neck, shoulders and facial massage. You will be able to give a beautiful treatment to your friends and family. The complete massage will take around 25 minutes.

Intensive Courses

Beginners Course

In this course, students will learn how to give a wonderfully sequenced full body Thai Massage with over 100 positions. Attention will be given to the principles of a good massage, including the use of your body, breathing, how to relax while practicing and effective communication.

Intermediate Course

A deeper look into Thai massage, the focus will be on body mechanics and the effective use of different parts of the body including; knees, elbows, heels and more. Interaction with the client for remedial work will be covered. The Sen energy lines will be discussed and how they relate to western theory.
